It looks as though all of the money allocated for Jefferson Parish First Time Home Buyers will be used up at the end of this 3rd round. There is no timetable as to when JP may receive more money for 1st time buyers.
Kenner is still offering a large amount of funds for buyers, and New Orleans is doing the same. The Kenner and New Orleans grants have basically the same requirements with a few changes in income amounts.
