Craig explained that his agents are taking the necessary precautions to ensure their clients, as well as their own, safety. They are showing homes with none to minimal touching of any surfaces within the property. As well as using common sense and basic safety measures of washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer when hand washing is not feasible. He also explained that his agents are not shaking hands and keeping safe distances.
Craig also explained that as a brokerage we have always promoted the digital presence of technology within the industry and now more than ever our brokerage is pushing virtual tours through our social channels.
The article also reached out to other agencies in the local regions to hear a similar response on the safety precautions that their agents were taking in the face of the growing pandemic.
